簡介
本私隱政策說明「大灣區健康指南」（下稱「本應用程式」）如何收集、使用及保護您的資料。 使用本應用程式即表示您同意本政策所述的做法。
我們收集的資料
1. 醫生帳戶資料
若您以醫生身分登入，我們會透過 Firebase Authentication 收集您的電郵地址， 用作帳戶驗證及登入用途。
2. 評論與聯絡資料（病人／訪客）
您可選擇匿名或具名對醫生留下評分及評論。若您希望醫生回覆， 可自願提供聯絡電話、電郵或 WhatsApp 號碼；此為選填項目，並只會提供予相關醫生用作回覆之用。
3. 收藏功能
應用程式會為您的裝置建立一個匿名識別碼（透過 Firebase Authentication）， 用作儲存您收藏的醫生清單，不涉及個人身份資料。
4. 公開內容瀏覽
醫生資訊、藥物資訊、保險計劃、新聞及常見問題等內容僅供瀏覽查閱， 我們不會因您瀏覽這些內容而收集個人資料。

本應用程式不含廣告，亦不會將您的個人資料出售或分享予第三方作廣告用途。
資料儲存與安全
所有資料儲存於 Google Firebase（Firestore 及 Authentication）雲端服務， 並透過業界標準的傳輸加密（HTTPS/TLS）進行保護。部分內容會在裝置本機作離線快取， 以便在網絡不穩定時仍可瀏覽。
資料保留及刪除
評論及帳戶資料會保留至您要求刪除為止。如需查閱、更正或刪除您的個人資料， 請透過下方聯絡方式與我們聯絡。
兒童私隱
本應用程式並非針對 13 歲以下兒童而設計，我們不會有意收集兒童的個人資料。

This Privacy Policy explains how GBA Health Guide ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
1. Doctor Account Information
If you sign in as a doctor, we collect your email address via Firebase Authentication for account verification and login purposes.
2. Reviews and Contact Details (Patients/Visitors)
You may leave ratings and reviews for doctors anonymously or with your name. If you would like a doctor to respond, you may optionally provide a phone number, email, or WhatsApp number. This is entirely optional and is only shared with the relevant doctor for the purpose of replying to you.
3. Favourites
The App creates an anonymous device identifier (via Firebase Authentication) to store your list of favourite doctors. No personally identifying information is involved.
4. Browsing Public Content
Doctor listings, medicine information, insurance plans, news, and FAQs are provided for viewing only. We do not collect personal data simply because you browse this content.
How We Use Information
- To authenticate doctor accounts and enable sign-in
- To facilitate reviews and replies between patients and doctors
- To provide favourites and offline caching for a better experience
- To maintain and improve the App's stability and security
The App contains no advertising, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Data Storage and Security
All data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication) cloud services and protected with industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Some content is cached locally on your device for offline access.
Data Retention and Deletion
Reviews and account data are retained until you request deletion. To access, correct, or delete your personal data, please contact us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
